Yep. It's time to sit, slurp and sip your way through this Friday night with East and West Coast oysters from fin (plus some great lobster mac-n-cheese) and really terrific ciders and brews. If you are shellfish averse, have no fear! NINEpin has some non-seafood small plates for you, as well. This annual event is hugely popular and might just be the perfect antidote to the holiday hustle and bustle. Join us from 5 - 8p.
Seafood Appetizers Class at Different Drummers Kitchen (with Rob & Dora)

Want to prepare some seafood appetizers this holiday season but, still want time to spend with your guests? This class on seafood appetizers - perfect for your own Feast of Seven Fishes this Christmas or for a simple holiday party with family and friends - will have you stuffing clams, slicing squid tubes, and rolling arancini balls that can all be made ahead of time so that you can enjoy the party, too! Students will learn to prepare: >Clams Casino > Oysters Rockefeller >Calamari Salad > Baccalaoitos (salt cod fritters) > Arancini (fried rice balls)
The hands-on class will be taught by Rob Handel, former chef at fin - your fishmonger, assisted by Dora Swan, proprietor at fin.
